As the newly appointed Assistant General Manager of the Marlins, I would like to introduce myself to the players and fellow AGMs alike. As some of you may know, I had my first bit of experience with having a leadership role during the offseason as the GM of the Steel during the Junior Showcase Tournament. Though I wish I had had more time and a bit more of an active locker room to get some experience under my belt, I am hoping that the active Marlins locker room will allow me to figure out what kind of leader I can be in the VHL. I know I have a lot to learn but I hope with the support of those I have already spent the last few months learning from, as well as support from my team, that I can be an effective leader around here. Hoping for a good season and looking forward to getting to know you all better!
