After playing last season as a waiver wire pick up for the Saskatoon Wild, Oskars Harumpf entered the VHLM Dispersal Draft and was taken 4th overall by the Bratislava Watchmen. He loves his old team in Saskatoon and will remember them fondly, but Bratislava is now his home and he bleeds Bratislava blue. He is now a Watchmen or Watchman, still not sure exactly what that is, but he's embraced it. Harumpf looks forward to getting on the ice with his new teammates who from the activity in the locker room seem like they are all going to be hard working players. Harumpf will put on his new XXL Short Bratislava jersey sometime this week when he's expected to center the top line. Not exactly sure who his linemates will be yet, but this guy Zoidberg seems like a good fit on one of his wings. Hopefully Harumpf will be able to find quick chemistry with his new wingers and set them up for many goals. Entering the season as a 155tpe player he is slated to be one of the top centers in the VHLM this season. Harumpf is all-in this year in trying to win a VHLM championship before breaking with his VHL team the Helsinki Titans in S41. Another year of development should do wonders for his game. Keep an eye out for him in Bratislava this season, it should be a good year for the Watchmen.
