Most TP attributes have some influence on your player. Even some of the more niche attributes can be seen in the stat sheet; however, there does appear to be two useless attributes, being leadership and poise. These two attributes are the only ones that feed into the stats of leadership and discipline (leadership only feeds into leadership, whereas poise feeds into both). A fair bit back, somebody did a pure leadership build, and that yielded no real results. Maybe it could boost your stats in the playoffs, but that’s just speculation. When it comes to the discipline stat, that also has almost no impact whatsoever. Penalty minutes don’t really change much based on discipline, and even if you end up building a grindy enforcer type, discipline is not gonna help you stay out of the box. So the question is: Why are these attributes here? Leadership was here before the big attribute change and was useless, so why bring it back? Why go and introduce another attribute, poise, that contributes to the leadership stat? The only purpose these two attributes serve is to confuse newer players and trick them into putting TP into them, or for players who want to create a purely useless player. Why not remove these stats? I see no reason why to keep them. If it’s built into STHS and can’t necessarily just delete the stats, then just have it hard coded into each player as being at 40 or wherever. It really just makes no sense to have it as an option when both attributes really do not do anything.
