Jokinen on the move again

Ban, ban appeal "win", and traded to a new team - the forum hat-trick. Nevertheless, new winds are blowing for Erlantz Jokinen. This time around the season is starting in Prague. Right now it's too early to say what kind of season Prague will end up having as reports suggest the free agency could have some nice pieces, and there is always the possibility for more trades. However, Erlantz Jokinen is more than likely going to have a huge role in the defense, first-pairing minutes are on the table. It is worth pointing out that, once again, a nasty cloud is following Erlantz Jokinen around. That cloud is the depreciation. This time the hit will be the nastiest of them all. One more season left in the career equals to heavy hit just before the last year starts.

 

Assuming the training camp goes well, and Erlantz is able to fight against the depreciation - it would not be a huge surprise if the upcoming season is one of the best seasons of his career. The big role combined with the fact that Prague could win a lot of games, especially if few more pieces are added, and the younger players keep improving steadily.
