der meister 3,187
The offense isn't quite where I'd hoped it would be with Sakamoto, but it's getting there. I started this build with the idea of having a defensive defenseman, an aggressive one who was fast [in keeping with the Ryuji Sakamoto character], but early on I decided it would be something of an experiment against the grain of the so-called Meta build. It's taken a bit longer to start seeing the results, but with a small sample size, Sakamoto is a point per game player while having pretty solid - if still outside the top 10 - defensive numbers. Is it the most efficient way of building an impact player in the VHL? Clearly not, though again we have to consider sample size. But it's been an experiment, one that I'm not likely to recreate anytime soon, especially since I already know who my next player is going to be, at least the build, if not the name.
