The Québécois will not be playing in Europe... or will he?

Last week LF News Calgary reporter Renaud Lavoice reported that Vincent Laroche-Gagnier will ditch Vasteras and join Calgary.

 

 

Well looks like the tables turned. Our latest informations states that VLG will join the Iron Eagles in the VHLE next season! This came as a surprise since Vincent's camp had never discussed with the Iron Eagles management. We know that GM Arce has resigned from Vasteras later today, was it a problem between the french-canadian and the General manager of the Swedish team? Or did the decision arrive from the Wranglers management? We believe GM Kris Rice changed his mind and decided that the Québécois won't play his rookie season in the big show just yet. This decision will definitely leave frictions between Calgary and Vincent. 

 

According to an inside source Vincent has refused to report to the Wranglers end of season party. It's very likely that he'll also refuse to attend the rookie and pre-season camp.

 

Will Kris Rice let this type of behavior happen in his team ? Is it arrogant for a young kid to snob a franchise as legendary as Calgary? Is this the prematured ending of the Wranglers-VLG association? And finally, will  this other mark of arrogance and selfishness mark the end of Vincent's VHL hopes ?
