Definitely a great choice to use light blue and white as its a good contrast. The shade of blue across the entire sig is very clean. Overall the sig is blended very well with not too much going on outside of a background and stock textures. It would have been nice to see the logo blended in a bit better instead of just stamped on as it kind of takes away from the focal point of the render.
