Wann Kerr strikes a deal with a Czech brewery

Wann Kerr's love for Bernard beer is well known ever since his first interview for a Czech sports journal as a freshly drafted VHLM player, where he went through six beers. It also played an instrumental part in him being kidnapped by Juan Ceson, his then-captain. To this day, a beer crate sized package from Czechia is deposited at the door of his Vancouver appartment every week. Kerr says he sometimes order some beer from Czechia fornthe whole team, however when inquired about it, no teammate of Kerr confirmed this.

 

It was only a matter of time when will Kerr utilize his influence as one of the rising stars in the world's top ice hockey league to try to leave his mark on his beloved brewery. So far, his first step looks successful - after being given green light by the Vancouver Wolves organiuation, he opened negotiation with Bernard, which eventually lead to the birth of Howler Growler, a Pilsner style pale lager brewed for the Wolves named by the team GM @Frank.

 

The first batch will soon be arriving in Vancouver to be sold in the Wolves' merch store. If it turns out successful, there's certainly a possibility of expanding the distribution network, even delivering beer kegs. Because nothing can beat beer on tap.
