Your color palette is spot on including the red/yellow text. The render looks fairly clean and you did a great job with the logo swap. About the only thing I would say is that the balance could be better though it's not bad, it just doesn't follow any format that I use. Overall, like I said, a fun graphic that has some really good elements.
