The background becomes a bit too distracting with the intense lights and darks. The text composition is nice, but the colour of it doesn't really fit. Nice work overall. Look: 2.5/3 - I agree that it's overcontrasted, you've got some interesting stocks and render effects and with less contrast they'd look much better. Also, I'd suggest moving some of the stock work closer to the render, it looks nice but it kind of takes away from the focal a bit.
