The Bratislava Watchmen have been on an electric start to the VHLE season, being in contention for the top of the league through the first week of the season. Offensively being led by defenseman Charles Williams @Nosam_13 and Tobias Weiss @jfaly, the squad has seen fruitful benefits from the new coaching system implemented by the team.

 

Manager Jeffrey Pines had this to say in a post-game conference on the hot start: "Yeah, it's always nice to come into a new organization and start winning right away. We have a good group of gamers in this room, we're gonna keep battling through 72, and look to make some damage in 73 plus. I'd like to think I've learned from my first couple of seasons as Halifax' manager, and I think our goal of being competitive has changed to possibly a mid-table finish, but I'm happy with a chip and a chair for the Renaissance Cup."
