I really like the creativity with the background in your graphic as it somehow doesn't steal the spotlight from your player are i love that aspect of it. I also really like the almost see through effect you have on this as it really makes it feel unique. One of the things i noticed was the ducks logo on the side of the helmet and not a wild logo just for me personally takes away from the immersion but its a very minor detail.
