The versatile player, initially anticipating a mid-second-round selection, expressed a hint of surprise. "I was definitely caught off guard dropping to the third round and landing in Houston," Schwarzer admitted. "I had my sights set on a slighter earlier pick, but I believe everything happens for a reason." Schwarzer's outlook remains optimistic as he eagerly anticipates the upcoming season. His agent’s familiarity with the Houston Bulls' General Manager, STZ, adds an element of comfort. "Having a connection with STZ gives me confidence. I know the team values my potential," he shared.
