Schwarzer Excited for VHLM Season in Houston

Joshua Schwarzer's journey took an unexpected turn as he was drafted by the Houston Bulls in the third round of the VHLM draft, going at the 29th overall pick. The versatile player, initially anticipating a mid-second-round selection, expressed a hint of surprise. "I was definitely caught off guard dropping to the third round and landing in Houston," Schwarzer admitted. "I had my sights set on a slighter earlier pick, but I believe everything happens for a reason."

Schwarzer's outlook remains optimistic as he eagerly anticipates the upcoming season. His agent’s familiarity with the Houston Bulls' General Manager, STZ, adds an element of comfort. "Having a connection with STZ gives me confidence. I know the team values my potential," he shared. Looking forward to a fresh start, Schwarzer is determined to make his presence felt on the ice, aspiring to play a pivotal role in the Bulls' success in the upcoming VHLM season.
