Fresh and Shiny

Instead of reflecting on this past year, I think I want to look into the future and try to imagine how life will be in the league. It seems like we are shrinking a bit and some serious attention needs to be focused on getting some new members. Members that will have a good experience and do all the things needed to become a great player and member. Sounds so simple but I know if it were, we would have a lot more coming into the league already. So I have no answers to the recruitment issues but I hope the league makes it a topic of the highest level of concern. Without new members, ones that will actually want to stay and be active, I fear the league will lose even more and make it even harder to rebound. I do have faith in the leaders and will keep a positive attitude towards the league. I just want it to be the best sim league there is. Not much to ask for.
