The World Juniors tournament has started for this off season and though it's been a while since Thor Reingaard, Leif Reingaard, and Lionel Collberg have played together I can always count on an off season tournament to bring us all back together. Leif and Thor were close to starting this next season with each other and continuing the streak but Thor was sent to Warsaw and so the two brother will be separated for the 1st time ever.

 

However in light of the WJC the tournament has brought the greenlander family back together to compete for team world. From the sounds of it Team World is also a favorite in the tournament so hopefully Thor, Leif, and Lionel can put on a nice performance together until the next time they are able to get together which might not be until the World Cup in S94?? It all depends on the player availability for each team and if Thor, Leif, and Lionel can all somehow get selected together.

 

This will be Thor's 3rd time playing in the Juniors tournament, both times so far in the tournament Thor has finished last place but with a much stronger roster this season team World may not be a team to take lightly anymore.

 

This will be Leif's 2nd time playing in the Juniors tournament, previously in the tournament Leif finished with a bronze medal with Team Asia, showing up his older brother, but this time around Leif has been selected to play on Team World with his brother Thor and cousin Lionel.

 

This will be Lionel's 1st time playing in the Juniors tournament, Lionel has been the lesser talented of the trio and therefore hasn't been selected in any of the previous season's, but this time around Team World selected him and this season he'll make his debut with his relatives by his side.
