Do any of you hear the countdown.

There is a constant ticking that I hear, with every sim, with every day, with every point task the countdown to the end of a career goes on. Molly the Cat will be retiring at the end of this season, after playing an entire VHL career with the London United.

We will continue to watch as the season progresses to see if Molly the Cat can join the elite of London United History. Currently on a trajectory to become London’s highest goal scorer and point producer in regular season and playoffs. Molly the Cat can only suggest they are happy with the career that they put together.

Looking back Molly the Cat is grateful for the leadership and comradery that has developed in London over the seasons that Molly the Cat has been around. To be able to play with talented individuals for years, players who have had excellent careers and who will contend for a position in the VHL Hockey Hall of Fame.

Molly the Cat is also grateful for the fans of the London United who have supported Molly the Cat and the London United Team year after year, who were there at the depths of London’s lows and celebrated with London at the pinnacle of success. The fans are what make this game what it is.

Molly the Cat has still to decide what comes next, there are several options within and outside this amazing game. No matter what Molly the Cat will always be grateful for their time in London and in the VHL.
