The render + background of the layer is placed nice and I love the black and white background vs the colored render. The texture and stocks are just enough to fill out the rest of the graphic without being too much to take away from the renders. Love the blue colored last name text. My only criticism is that its a little too "fried" for me, especially for the team text. But that's more of a personal opinion on the fried effect than anything.
