Look: 2.25/3 - I have to agree that this is a bit washed out, and it's partially due to the stock work. I'm not a fan of the stock work over the render, as it seems too dark. Also, I'd suggest changing the text a bit by removing the drop shadow and putting it below whatever stocks you have, but still above the render. I'd also suggest putting some lighting near the face - nothing too bright, just some slight brushing at maybe 10 to 20 percent opacity.
