NickSunderbruch 392
While the VHL/M/E is absolutely a league we all can appreciate and love, there's certainly some changes that I here, your favorite Florida Man back from presumably dead after about a 3 year hiatus, would make. I've been gone from the league for quite some time now for some personal reasons and really just not having been mentally in the place I needed to be in to be a contributing member to this community. With that being said, I'm back for good and you guys have to deal with my antics once again, and first on my list is a proposal that shouldn't make any sense but absolutely does. Moving every single team in the VHL, VHLM, and VHLE to a city in Florida and changing the name from the "Victory Hockey League" to the "Florida Hockey League". It's no secret that no other place in the world has anything significant to offer, and that the peak of human civilization has always been the creation of Florida. From Miami to Jacksonville, Tampa to West Palm beach, Tallahassee to Orlando, there is no city in the world with as much... culture as the state of Florida. You'd probably ask, well which teams would be moved where? Why move teams to Florida when we have Miami already? Aren't there unsavory people all across the state? And these are all incredibly dumb questions and you're dumb for asking them, take the crayons out of your mouth and listen to me okay? Florida is just inherently a better place for the League to call home, We could have the Winter Haven Crackheads, or the Orlando Snowbirds, or even the Clearwater Riots. There's limitless potential for Florida teams in the Sunshine state, we'd help stimulate the economy and really piss off every single Canadian Hockey fan forever, which in my personal and very humble but yet supreme opinion, is worth every single bit of money we'd lose from other markets. My plan/proposal isn't a financial decision that will make us any real money, no my plans are much more simple, I wish to simply engage in mass psychological warfare with every Canadian I possibly can on the pettiest level imaginable, taking away the sport that means so much to them. And while my advanced form of psychological warfare is absolutely hilarious, it also helps to establish the new Florida forever movement in which I am campaigning. Every VHL player on contract will be given one of their choice of either an American Alligator, or an American Crocodile, as those two are native to Florida and are a symbol of our unwavering love for the republic of Florida. Hockey also just inherently belongs in a warm environment, think about it you can just go down the beach and get all sandy and sunburned and then enjoy a nice cool hockey game at the "Nicktropolis Megadome" to watch the Orlando Snowbirds take on the 6x defending champion the Seminole Aces. The experience would be absolutely unparalleled, and there would be nothing in the known universe that could even compare to the amazing Florida Hockey League, and with your support we can make this dream a reality with me instated as the supreme leader of Florida. But anyways, in all seriousness it's nice to be back in the League, like I said before I had a lot going on in my personal life and took some time away, I'm absolutely amazed that so many of y'all remember me and welcomed me back with open arms. I've missed this community greatly and this time I'm here to stay, thank you all for reading my border line psychosis inducing article, may we all be blessed down in Florida! Anyways I think I hear my dad coming home from the bar, I gotta grab my helmet and jockstrap, stay warm and stay icey, Seacrest out.
