Review:

This is one of the wildest graphics I have seen when it comes to the effects that you used. First off, it looks badass. From what I can see, you have some motion blur, color layer shift and maybe a bit of displacement. I could be wrong on all those but that's what I see. It comes off really good regardless of what effects you used. I would say the only issue I see is the overall formatting. Placement and size of the elements could be improved but that isn't meant to take away from what you made. I like what you did, keep doing it.
