Second, the main problem with this is the stock work - if you're going to add stocks, you should have some consistent theme. If you want a starry, space theme, go with a space background and some space-themed stocks. If you want a grungy theme, stay with the grungy background, remove the space stock, and add some grunge textures. You get the idea. Honestly, I think if you just adjust the stock work, the rest - lighting, text, render effects - will follow. The diamonds on the text look pretty bad tbh, and the stocks seem rather LQ. I feel as if I have seen better from you.
