Very well done. You layer effect really makes the background stand out, in a good way. The render placement looks correct and brings everything together. About the only thing that looks a bit off is the detail of the background compared to the render. I wonder if a bit of clarity or even sharpen would have added enough pop to the render without taking away from the rest of the graphic.
