Phoenix Revamp Lineup Early in Offseason

In an effort to bolster their lineup and make a push for championship contention, the Chicago Phoenix have wasted no time revamping their roster early in the off-season.

One of the most significant changes comes in the forward core, where the Phoenix have made several notable acquisitions. Francesco Mancini, who tallied an impressive 73 points last season, joins the team, bringing his playmaking abilities to the lineup. Spanish Moon Moth, who recorded an impressive 87 points, steps in to fill the void left by the retirement of veteran forward Babay Shrimp, adding center depth and skill to the forward ranks. Additionally, highly anticipated prospect UghSike is set to make his long awaited VHL debut.

The Phoenix also strengthened their defensive unit by acquiring YaBoi Oven, a former 1st overall defenseman known for his defensive prowess as well as his offensive contributions. With 86 points to his name last season, Oven brings plenty of leadership and skill to the blue line.

With these strategic moves, the Chicago Phoenix are positioning themselves as contenders not only in the upcoming season but for seasons to come around a strong early S90s core. Fans can look forward to seeing the Phoenix take to the ice next season and once again return to the post-season.
