Vancouver Wolves Recap: A Bite Out of the Big Apple and Howling for More: Season 94 Review (Part 2)

The first round of the season 94 playoffs saw the hungry Wolves take a big bite out of the New York Americans in the first round. Initially down 2-0, a lot of critics wrote them off. But as Rip Wheeler likes to say “we didn’t write back eh?!”

This went the full five games, as toe Wolves clawed back into and with Vancouver's offensive firepower proved too much for the Americans. Lazaro continued tearing it up on the scoresheet, leading the wolves to victory. The entire team rose to the occasion, with Vidarsson making several key saves in the closing minutes of games to preserve victories.

Now, the Wolves find themselves in the second round, battle tested with a championship on their minds. Their offense is a force to be reckoned with, and their defense has shown it can rise to the challenge. With Vidarsson standing tall between the pipes, this team is a legitimate threat to hoist the VHL trophy. Buckle up Vancouver fans, because this pack of Wolves is on the hunt!
