I love composite style graphics and you did something here, although I don't know anything about the characters, that is fun to look at and can induce some thought about what I am looking at. So, with that out of the way, the look of this graphic has a really old classic vibe going on. It really does look like something a mad person would come up with. The renders/elements are placed in a way that looks balanced and interesting to figure out who they are and what they are doing, and to who. The only thing I think could have been different is the font used. It doesn't really fit this theme in my opinion.
