Some render effects would be nice here, try a Topaz plug-in if you're using Photoshop. I like the border on this one and the background stock work is nice. Also I DL'd topaz but don't really know what to do with it, so i'll ask you later for some tips with it if that's ok. The border and background are decent, I really dislike the font choice though and feel the location of the text is good however. Lighting is decent as well.
