I like the background texture you used, it really breaks up the overall look of the graphic, but in a good way. I see you are fond of this style, you have it down pat. I like how you did the logo swap and with this method, the other players can be any team without showing any branding, brilliant. The off-center team logo seems to mess with the balance a bit but overall, it does its job. Whenever you can take a photo and make it your own, that is a huge win in my book of things that make huge wins.
