Moscow, Russia - The last update written about Maverick Goncalves and the Moscow Menace raised interesting responses around the VHL world, with many prominent faces around the talk. Interestingly, DC Dragons fans started a movement around the Swiss winger.

The Moscow Menace brass wasn't happy about some of the rumors surrounding their young players. However, true to their organizational modus operandi, they didn't start making moves before their offseason.

The Menace have been unstoppable this season, with Goncalves playing a crucial role. Yet, questions about his future are inevitable. For Maverick, this season could be a launchpad. Teams across the league are watching, and they know what a 100-point scorer can bring to the table.

With the team closing the series against Malmo, some of these questions have come into play once again. There's no doubt the Menace players are completely focused on their task, not thinking about their ending contracts and their future. Still, there's some unrestfulness around the team, with the fans asking questions and giving their opinion on the roster's stability and their young core for the upcoming seasons.

Enjoying the day off after beating the Nighthawks, Maverick was interviewed by one of the Menace's beat reports, Anastasia Sokolova, Maverick who's still learning Russian was asked to say a few words to the Russian fans.

He said this, "Я никуда не ухожу."
