Short and Intense

It was a long season, but not a bad one. Riga played really good in some games and had a good share of stinkers. It's all part of the VHL experience we all know and love. The playoffs were brutal for us. We played against a very determined Davos team and lost in seven games. Well done Davos. It looks like they are beating up on Moscow now, interesting. The better team will win and move on while the losers are welcome to join me at the course, tee time is 7:00am.

 

I have enjoyed the last two seasons with Riga. I am not sure about where Gunner will play next season, but I hope the best for the league and maybe get a few more active players on some teams. Looking at the other teams rosters makes me feel like the league is dying. I hope that isn't the case and a strong rebound will happen sooner rather than later. Good luck to those that are still in the playoffs.
