The sole purpose of me subscribing to Center Ice is to watch the Bruins games on NESN. For years I preferred listening to Jack and Brick, but without Jack the games aren’t quite as entertaining. However, that doesn’t give Center Ice or NESN cause to black out games just because other networks are paying for the rights to have the game broadcast on their channel. Just like Center Ice, I purchased the VHL Network to watch the Vancouver Wolves games, only to find the Wolves being blacked out for other networks like Spartan TV, or Ahmacast, or even Smarch Broadcasting. And to top it off, the premium subscription to the VHL Network gives subscribers access to all playoff games. Or I should say used to. Now that the VHL Network is just as popular as Center Ice, there are more games being blacked out for profit. Like game 6 of the Calgary Wranglers and Vancouver Wolves, which was in the guide on the VHL Network, is now only able to be watched on Mubbles Cast. And to make matters worse, rumor is the championship series will only be available on Guntis Global Broacast.
