jRuutu 2,475
Fans of international hockey were left scratching their heads after they navigated to the S96 World Cup page, just the index there, but no games! It appears the S96 games were posted under the S94 World Cup page. The decision has received mixed reviews online. Some fans have written it off as a technical error and something that will surely be fixed sooner than later. The more critical fans are wondering if there are enough grounds for a re-sim as technically speaking S96 World Cup has not started yet. These early games are valuable games for each team and player as solid lines with chemistry could carry the team all the way to the finals, in a short tournament having the luxury of playing a couple extra games could be huge, so the re-sim could very well be something that the teams with not so good start could try to force through. It is still unknown whether any teams have filed an official complaint, but one thing is for sure - the sponsors are not happy as each opened game report is a valuable opportunity to promote their brand and merchandise. Commissioner Beketov 9,100 Posted December 13 Commissioner Share Posted December 13 Fun fact, there is a setting in the portal that tells it what forum number to send game posts to, this number must be updated every season or the games go to the wrong place. Wanna bet what number wasn't updated? Should be good now. jRuutu 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/153507-games-1-6-posted-under-s94-world-cup/#findComment-1046688 Share on other sites
