Knight 1,311
David David Signs for Mexico City It’s official, the newest phenom from the Season 99 draft has signed with the Mexico City Kings. David David will join the Kings before the end of the regular season just in time to get some reps in ahead of the playoffs. Mexico City are not expected to make much noise in the knockout stages but with the addition of David, a hulking figure from the UK, maybe they will catch some late season momentum and make a push in the first round. While it’s unlikely to happen, David is happy for the opportunity to play some meaningful games so early in his professional career. “It’s really great to have Mexico City believe in my ability to help them out on the ice. While it’s unlikely I’ll be back next year (since they’ll have to draft me) I’m going to try and make the most of this experience and learn as much as possible. It seems like they have a great group of guys who are much more comfortable than I am so hopefully they can help me settle in. I really am looking forward to playing some high intensity hockey.” Thunder and Spartan 1 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/154551-david-david-signs-for-mexico-city/ Share on other sites
