Nice render with a vivid color palette, a background that is bold but not as bold as the render, and some text that is very muted in comparison. The effects, like the particle top layer, seems to help blend the layers to some degree but I think I would have masked it off the render's face. It has some strange spots that don't look normal. Luckily, it doesn't take much away from this fun looking project. I like it overall, really interesting and your skills show through.
