The Beginning

George Richmond was selected 2nd overall in the S92 draft, heading to the Moscow Menace in the VHL. Coming into his rookie season, Richmond didn't have much hype around him as he was a rookie and still learning the ropes of the VHL, however, this notion changed fast. He was able to put up 62 points in his rookie season, close to 30 goals in his first season. The Menace that season would unfortunately fail to win the cup, however, still making it to the post-season in the first season was impressive nevertheless. In Richmond's career, his second season by far the most notable, as the Menace were able to go all the way and win the championship that season. It was Moscow's first championship in forever and a championship under their GM, which had never been done before. Award wise, this was the peak of Richmond's career currently, as he has yet to take home a single award and has been more about team play than individual success. Regardless, the next couple season's Richmond would become a well known name in Moscow and one of their best players, until one day the phone rang. He would eventually found out he would be moving across the world to play for the New York Americans.

The End

Richmond would play his fifth season in New York, putting up over 100 points and helping them to the wild card round, but unfortunately falling short in the first round. Richmond has now started to hit depreciation and it's clear that he's at the peak of his game, however, how long that's sustainable is unknown. The goal for Richmond is to continue to be one of the best players in the league and try to help his team secure a trophy. It's been the goal since day one and he'll do whatever it takes to be the best player and teammate. This will be Richmond's sixth season upcoming and he'll have to produce at the best rate in his career if he wants to help his team win it all, as there is a ton of good teams in the league. One thing is for certain, however, Richmond wants to end up facing Moscow in the finals for revenge and also to prove he was the solution. Regardless, Richmond has his eyes set on breaking another curse and if he's able to do that, he'll be hailed as one of the saviors for the New York Americans.
