Steve 2,034
I am looking forward to this season. It will be the end of my player as he is old and needs to go out to pasture and live an easy retired life. It has been a fun ride and he has had the honor of actually succeeding in his VHL career. I was not going to recreate as I thought the league was heading in the wrong direction. Then I thought to myself, why would I leave when the going gets tough, I would just be another player that leaves and that doesn't do anything but hurt the league. I will most definitely recreate after Gunner is on his last update. I want to be here in the league as it figures out what needs to happen and corrects course. There are many really good people in the league, and you don't have to have a colorful name to be a part of the fun. I think I am one of the few max earners that has never held an official job in the league for nearly six years. Something I am proud of. I am a blue collar player that has made a small mark in the league by just playing the game. In my eyes, that is the main purpose of being here. Work hard, have some results that indicate you have indeed worked hard. While my favorite position to play seemed to be defenseman, I think I like the challenge of being a center. My next player will most likely be one. I am not sure when I will recreate, but I have a season and records to break. Too much to think about right now. Everyone stay safe, see you on the ice.
