Vancouver Wolves Preview:

Understanding that the salary cap will be reduced next season and the Vancouver Wolves already in cap space hell brought on an interesting conversation about how well would a whole bunch of bot players fair in the VHL?

I was told that a few teams in the past have used bots mixed with really good player to make the play-offs in the past but I don`t remember the team or who tried it. I also don`t remember so I was unable to really comment on if this would work or not. Well, this season in Vancouver we are looking at a very interesting situation where Vancouver will have four really string forward and three defenders to start the season. I say start since I am sure we will try to trade out of the situation if it should go side ways quickly.

That means a lot of pressure on the players on the team this season to find chemistry, score a ton and carry the team until the trade deadline when the team can once again add more players to the overall roster.

It will be interesting experiment as I see this going two different ways:

 1. Vancouver Wolves are successful at the top of the league hunting for a play-off spot right up until the trade deadline, add at the deadline and have a successful play-off.

2. Vancouver fails to find chemistry and the season is lost before the trade deadline with trades made to try to salvage the season aka it all burns!!

Only three or four more days until we find out which is going to happen for the Wolves this season!!
