Season's start is right around the corner and Kadachi has been spending his time getting used to the streets of Toronto while still preparing for the season of course) And he hasn't been wandering about alone, he brought along his old teammate Raimo Tuominen, the two of them played together as teammates back in S89 with the Houston Bulls. Raimo is also new Toronto as he spent his entire career before hand with the Calgary Wranglers. Kadachi felt it made the most sense for them to experience the things the city has to offer together. They visited landmarks such as the CN Tower, the Casa Loma, the Distillery historic district, The Toronto public library, the Kingston Market and many many more. They also have tried out a new restaurant every single day, every time after practice they've chosen a different place to try. Kadachi took a little time to talk with us about it. "It's been fun, I'm really liking it here and it's nice to not be alone in going to all these different places and seeing what Toronto has to offer. I think it's good bonding for me and Tuominen too, we've been catching up a lot, we always texted each other here and there but we're talking a lot more now. I look forward to playing with him on the ice when the season starts tomorrow!" With Tuominen being a center and Kadachi a left winger, it's a very good chance we'll see them play on the same line for parts of the season.
