Calgary: Have a few clickers that could be useful depth part of the team in a few years. Core is getting older and will face depreciation soon. S100 is the latest timing to step in rebuild mode. If they don't fail with that, it would be enough to tank for 3 seasons and start competing again. Spider Panda will become 4th goalie in wins in franchise history.
Playoffs appearances: 6
Continental cups: 1
Retired numbers: 2
GM change: No

Chicago: Cole has got some nice aging veterans that could be traded for good return. Chicago has got 3 1sts S100, but it will take at least two seasons to turn these picks into a reliable core. I am extremely sentimental, so I'd give one more extra postseason appearance to Chicago and hope they won't fall in my eyes. Scotty Sundin will remain the only Chicago Phoenix retired jersey number.

DC: We passed the half of the path, starting with only 5 players on roster. There won't be any need to chase playoffs spot in next two seasons. Starting with S100, the situation in NA conference will definitely change. Brandon Petan Jr will be HOF inductee, Vladimir Trunov will never play in Continental Cup finals.
Playoffs appearances: 7
Continental cups: 1
Retired numbers: 1
GM change: No

Davos: Unsurprisingly, Davos is consistently good, and I doubt anything will change that but Alex retiring. Core is extremely young comparing to conference opponents. Taaveti will not become the greatest of Jokinen dynasty and his number won't be retired.
Playoffs appearances: 9
Continental cups: 1
Retired numbers: 3
GM change: No

Helsinki: Entering S100 Titans will have to deal with several retirements and start another rebuild. In the middle of 100's they could try to get out of the basement. I suppose it will change McLovin's point of how to go through rebuild and in a nutshell, he'll be nominated for David Knight award.
Playoffs appearances: 5
Continental cups: 0
Retired numbers: 0
GM change: No

London: In S100 London will likely hop on Helsinki's playoffs spot with growing stars: Bolivar, Groenvold and Carti. I'd recommend them to be more active as keeping veterans at this phase of rebuild will harm the quality of the process. London is dark horse for me as I did not see Baby Boomer in action actively. However, I feel he will step down during this time span.
Playoffs appearances: 6
Continental cups: 1
Retired numbers: 0
GM change: Yes

LA: Stars has impressive S97 draft history, and it could be their major core for years to come. Nevertheless, it is crucial to sell their main roster assets while they are in their prime. Eagles and Lose are the opportunity to build new bright future and win the Continental Cup. Mikko Tuomala will be given the honour to see his retired jersey, however, LaFleur duo will be split at the end of their careers.
Playoffs appearances: 7
Continental cups: 1
Retired numbers: 2
GM change: Yes

Malmo: Cardinal Copia is franchise level prospect that would require strong core around himself once he is around 900+ TPA. I doubt Malmo will succeed at getting enough quiality in such a short time and Beketov's player will be unofficially on the block. However, Lucy will take advantage of this trade and get maximum value to finally hop on the playoffs hype train.

Moscow: Spartan is experienced GM and there won't be any concerns about rebuild/retool. He will start when it is required and get the max value from every trade. However, being the best at trading and regular season games is not enough. It is fascinating to see how they will cope with it.
Playoffs appearances: 7
Continental cups: 0
Retired numbers: 2
GM change: No

NYA: Consistency is their skill. So, I bet on them being consistently mid. Ryan Mantzz will have HOF career and lead the team to success.
Playoffs appearances: 5
Continental cups: 1
Retired numbers: 1
GM change: No

Prague: They had to be patient and retool but decided to compete right now and it obviously will be tough to go through smooth rebuild in the future. I suppose Tet could step down to delegate GM job to one of shining community stars: @SMYLS4/ @flyersfan345. New GM will start from the scratch to bring glorious Prague Phantoms back.
Playoffs appearances: 5
Continental cups: 0
Retired numbers: 0
GM change: Yes

Riga: New GM went all-in which means he left his opportunity to get value from top level veterans. Anyway, I am pretty confident at @v.2 and I think he'll do great in spite of not winning the Continental Cup. Riga will lose more Continental Cup finals than any team during this time span.
Playoffs appearances: 6
Continental cups: 0

Seattle: Reigning champion will have to retool in a few seasons, Bana proved his GM skills and unlikely we'll see DA BEARZ in the basement more than 2 seasons. Another championship, nevertheless, Zara Wolf will take revenge for Severus Targaryen and destroy DA BEARZ in the finals.
Playoffs appearances: 8
Continental cups: 1
Retired numbers: 1
GM change: No

Toronto: Probably one of the most balanced team at the moment that try his best to lift the cup with current aging core. Having no prospects to replace upcoming retirements is an issue that Doug will have to face with in two seasons. I foresee tough rebuild for them, Konstantyn Shevchenko will ask for a trade from the Legion.
Playoffs appearances: 5
Continental cups: 0
Retired numbers: 0
GM change: No

Vancouver: 4-3-1 squad with 6 players who make 5.5m+ and at this point it would be interesting to see what Frank's plan is. These guys are on their prime and if this strat will not pan out I'd bet that Wolves will have in their hand 9+ 1st round picks after trading everyone on their current roster.
Playoffs appearances: 6
Continental cups: 1
Retired numbers: 2
GM change: No

WAR: Another hard rebuild mode team that needs more assets and efforts to turn from pretending to competing franchise. Hot take: Moon will replace n0h and make WAR champions again.
Playoffs appearances: 6
Continental cups: 1
Retired numbers: 0
GM change: Yes

No matter what happens I'll be glad to return to this article around S105 and see how bad or good crazy these predictions were and what would potentially happen and come true till S100. I tried to be non-biased and gave some mix of bold, obvious and possible thoughts. If I leave the project by any reason, I'll delegate reaction post to @badcolethetitan, the master of predictions.
