Igor is in his waiver year and learning a lot from the people who have been in the league for a few seasons. He loves being on a winning team with a winning culture that tries to get the best from their players always. He is learning a lot from them and the mindset he needs to have moving forward, regardless of performance. He still feels like a valued team member no matter what the stat sheet says.
