Igor’s day off

Igor Sokolov decided to take a weekend off and focus on himself. He decided that he wanted to go get a massage and have a spa weekend. He has never gotten a massage or even really knew what a spa was, but a team trainer suggested that Igor should go do something other than play hockey all the time and never leaving the training facility. Igor wanted to stay and train but he eventually listened to the team trainer and went and made a bunch of appointments. The first one was the massage, he didn’t know what to expect but it was great. He didn’t know that his back and legs were so tight and after his massage he felt great and ready to return to the ice feeling refreshed. He ended the day off with going to the spa . He didn’t know what to expect but he went with a facial, manicure and pedicure. He found this whole process to be relaxing and he left feeling super refreshed. Igor was not used to doing any self care, but he feels like his next games he will be a new person on and off the ice. Halifax let’s goooo!
