I like the design of this one for the most part. You have a nicely cut render that has some good detail, especially on the jersey. I think you could have made the logo blend into those folds to make it look a bit more natural. You also missed the opportunity to put a collar logo on him. I like the background, though a bit of blue on one side would have made more sense. Overall, good looking and interesting graphic that took some effort.
