I guess it's time to reflect on the last year in the VHL!  I joined this spring, not really sure whether I would stick with the league.  In fact, I don't think I've ever been in a player sim league that has even survived more than two or three seasons since I joined or that I've actually stuck with for that long.  It seemed to me that I tend to lose interest pretty quickly when other people in the league do but with the history of the VHL, I figured why the fuck not.

 

Well, I'm definitely loving it but being overseas for about 5 months of the 8 or so I've been in the league, I haven't had a lot of time to do much besides earn points, which does suck a bit considering this league does have a great community.  So my New Year's resolution for the VHL is to become a more active poster once I return home in mid-January, which I hope I will have time to do with balancing school, a job, and even a social life and a girlfriend.  Nonetheless, I'm thankful for the time I've put into the league so far and I think the VHL has a lot more to offer than what I've gained from it so far!

Happy you guys got me to join haha!  I don't even remember the name of it anymore but that football sim was going to be my last if it didn't survive.
