It was a rather cold and dreary night and it seemed that there was really no one around. The streets were rather silent as everyone was inside and trying to stay warm. Niklaus decided that he wanted to go walk around as being a vampire, you are dead so it didn't matter. Walking down the main streets of New Orleans is something that he enjoyed quite a bit. Of course we knew he was more fond of having a meal, but that wouldn't be the case just yet. He stopped to admire what had been going on in the town, winter. The snow had started to fall and it seemed like it would be just around the time for Christmas. Whilst walking, he had heard a lady screaming. He quickly went to see what was going on. It seemed that the lady had slipped and fell on the ice and broken her leg. When Nik saw her, he thought this would be a lovely treat. How often is his food right there for the taking? Hr quickly swooped in and whispered in her ear, "I am here to make all your troubles go away". With those last words, he quickly bit into her, draining all the blood in her body and killing her.
