E'Twaun Delicious ranks draft destinations part 3

Last week I put Seattle in at 8th and Cologne at 7th. The week before, New York and Calgary ranked tied for 9th.

6th - Quebec City Meute

Kesler's their GM. Holy shit. I could obviously make it past that should I be selected by the team, and I can't deny that I respect him for putting up with all the shit he's taken since being here, but the team has a strong, young core and doesn't look likely to be picking near the top in S43. I'd like to go to Quebec at some point with one of my players, but it doesn't look as if it'll work out with Delicious, at least not in the draft.

5th - Toronto Legion

Always one of my more disliked teams because of the rivalry Seattle had with them when I was on Clarence, Toronto is a destination that has nonetheless intrigued me since getting past the rivalry. They have a ton of extremely talented young players but I don't know if I want to play for a GM that isn't earning TPE at a solid rate with the team. I would still love to join their awesome core of young talent.
