jack 498 Posted February 24, 2015 Share Posted February 24, 2015 Minot, North Dakota - Success is often described as something that is very hard to measure, but in the case of Gladiator draftee Vogon Jeltz, it's clear to see he's thriving. Jeltz has rocketed past his peers in terms of goal scoring, netting 23 in just 10 games. While his scoring ability is currently unrivaled in the VHLM, his playmaking could use some work. His assist tally is at a hardly comparable 5, while teammate Jack Ryan sits at 29 for a total of 34 points. The keys to Jeltz's success are starting to reveal themselves. He benefits from his puckmoving backend, and capitalizes on an arguably below average goaltending crop. Only three of the VHLM's starters have save percentages above .900, and that includes Minot's other star, Hans Winsgate. Overall, Jeltz is expected to continue to exceed expectations this season, and there are currently no signs of him stopping.
