I'd recommend staying away from effects like glow and drop shadow on text, it usually doesn't look too good and can hurt the depth of your sig. Creativity: 1/1 - Yup. Look: 2.5/3 - I like that you did with the blending but is too busy. It is also quite washed out and the text could use work.
