VHLwhat 48
Jefferson Jackson, helping or hurting? This young hockey kid, Jefferson Jackson, seems to have started to play better in the playoffs with six points in 12 games but is a staggering -7 in his +/- on the ice. Never do you want to see any negative in the +/- category but to have that high of a number in only 12 games is extremely concerning. Obviously it doesn’t help that Jackson is still really raw in almost every part of his game but he should be helping the team win more than he is now. On his play, he had this to say: Obviously this sucks. We’re down 3-2 right now to the Blades and I can’t help but feel I’m responsible for a good chunk of that. Every time I go on the ice it seems like we give up another goal and it’s disheartening when it such a crucial part of the season. The only thing to do now is work harder in practice, keep improving and do what I can to help the team turn it around and win the damn thing. eaglesfan036 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/19067-jefferson-jackson-helping-or-hurting/ Share on other sites
CowboyinAmerica 2,911
Nah, just the difference between the teams from the start, Brampton is one of the deepest teams in the VHLM. Would rather have ya there than nobody, and Jackson's coming along quite nicely. Let's win the damn thing.
