Blending can definitely be improved, and lighting works better when you use a soft white brush on a layer over the render instead of using the glow on the render. Also try to keep it simple with your font work. There are a lot of tutorials and PSDs around the board to look into to get improving quickly. Creativity: 1/1 - Mhm. Blending needs work (add stocks/ blurr whatever works) Text needs work use simple fonts and work with them.
