Sean Blacker, the young and powerful forward, was sighted on Saturday walking the streets of Vancouver, BC with a couple of his close friends.  Having a long weekend in between games and right before the playoffs, the Saskatoon head coach decided that it was best for his players to get a little rest and relaxation in before the final stretch of Season 44.  "It was nice to be able to hangout with people close to me, enjoy the weather and most importantly, not have to worry about hockey for a few days," Blacker explained to the media.

Two weeks into his first year as a player in the VHLM, Sean has tallied two goals and eight assists in twenty-one games, respectable for a guy who was playing in an amateur league a month ago.  It is clear that Sean has a long ways to go, but definitely encouraging to see the tall Irishman put together a string of good games as the regular reason concludes.
