Look: 1.5/3 - The splatter brush, especially with the faded stroke effect looks really bad. The colours of the background don't really fit the render, and the text is tucked away in the corner again. Creativity: 1/1 - It looks different from your last sig, but it has way too many similar elements (border, splatter brush, text placement/fading). Will dock next time. Look: 1.25/3 - I could sit here and rip the sig, and it would do you no good. Try to look at youtube videos and tuts to get better.
